SUPER IMPORTANT UPDATE: OPEN PRACTICE
OUR STUDENT ATHLETES AND THEIR DEVELOPMENT IS OUR #1 PRIORITY (ASIDE FROM SAFETY AND FUN OF COURSE). IN A CONTINUED EFFORT TO IMPROVE OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS, WE ARE MAKING CHANGES TO THE ACCESSIBILITY OF OPEN GYMS. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE MORE DEDICATED TRAINING AND ACTIVITY TIME FOR OUR STUDENTS. SO, STARTING OCTOBER 1ST OUR OPEN GYMS WILL ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE WITH A PRO CLASS MEMBERSHIP. MORE DETAILS AND OPTIONS WILL COME LATER AS THE PROGRAMMING EVOLVES.

OPEN PRACTICES

 If you don't book in, then we don't know if you're coming.
In some cases the gym m
ay be closed if there are no bookings. 

Open Practice is non-instructed training in the gym for ages 8 and up! A PRO Class membership is required for unlimited OPEN PRACTICE access.

Housekeeping rules:

INSIDE SHOES REQUIRED - Please bring clean running shoes, and please DO NOT wear those shoes from outside into the gym. Please change into them once inside the gym. Thank you in advance.

Rubber sole shoes are best for Parkour. Avoid full-foam bottom shoes if you can. They have little traction in the gym and will make training harder and less progressive.
